Assign an IP address
Most networks have a DHCP server that automatically assigns IP addresses to connected devices.
If your network does not have a DHCP server, the IP Camera will use 255.255.255.255 as the default IP
address.
In case you would like to assign a static IP address, the recommended method in Windows is IP Utility.
Recommended for Operating system

Notes:

case assigning the IP address fails, check whether there is no firewall blocking the operation.

Admin Tool automatically discovers and displays the devices on your network. The application could
also be used to manually assign a static IP address.
Note that the computer running Admin tool must be on the same network segment (physical subnet)
as the IP Camera.
The default setting of the camera is set to “DHCP”.
