This page  allows you to update switch firmware automatically.  You can put firmware or 

configuration files on a TFTP server. When you reboot the switch, it will upgrade automatically. 

Before updating, make sure you have your TFTP server ready and the firmware image and 

configuration file are on the TFTP server.
