Blending
- Place the blade in the bowl as shown for chopping .
- Pour the liquid to be blended into the bowl.
.How to make an excellent, really firm mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
–
1 tbs. Mustard
–
2 tbs. Water
–
1 tbs vinegar
–
100ml oil
–
salt and pepper.
It is important to have all the ingredients at room temperature before making
the mayonnaise.
- Place 2 tbs. Oil and all the other ingredients into the bowl. Mix it gently by
pressing the button a few times. Add the rest of the oil. Run the Moulinette for
a further 30 seconds.
