4.3 Connecting the Power Adapter
1) Ensure the printer power is turned off.

Insert the power cord into the power socket on the backside of the
printer.

Fix the power cable cord in the printer with a clip as shown in Fig.
4.3-1.

Caution:
When connecting or disconnecting the power cord, always
hold the plug and avoid dragging it by force.
Do not pull on the power cord, otherwise the cord may be
damaged or broken, causing a risk of fire or electric shock.
Do not place the power cord near a heating device, otherwise,
the cover of the cord may melt, causing a risk of fire or electric
shock.
If the printer is not in use for a long period, disconnect the
power cord from the wall outlet for safety.
