if the metal plate part of the smart core is moistened by fluid such as sweat. Dry the smart core and the
wristband thoroughly with a clean dry cloth, then repeat step 1 – 3 above for the heart rate measurement.
If you cannot get your heart rate reading within 10 seconds or if any unusual conditions occurs during heart rate
reading:
Moisten your fingertip slightly.
Make sure your fingertip is warm and steady.
Do not press too hard on the metallic plate.
