With this simple to use Standby Saver, you can cut the
amount of electricity that is wasted by an idle, yet operating
TV. Appliances on standby still consume electricity, electricity
that is wasteful.
This standby saver detects when TV is on standby and will
automatically cut off electricity supply from the mains to the
TV. This device is a practical and effective step to reduce
redundant electricity consumption.

GETTING STARTED
1. Insert the registered jack plug into the socket to connect
the external infrared signal receiver to the main unit.
2. Plug the standby saver into the wall socket. Make sure it
is not obstructed and easily accessible to the TV power
plug.
LED indicator will flash to indicate successful connection
to power source and learning mode initiated.
NOTE
• To completely disconnect from power, the main unit
should be disconnected from the wall socket.
• The main unit should not be exposed to wet conditions.
No objects filled with liquid, such as vases, should be
placed on the main unit.
3. Point TV remote at infrared sensor and press the ON/
OFF button on the TV remote.
LED will flash rapidly for 2 seconds then be continuously
on to indicate system has learnt the IR signal.
TIP
Make sure there are no obstacles between remote and
infrared receivers.
4. Insert TV plug into socket located at the front of the
standby saver and turn on the TV.
Ensure TV is on standby mode. Usually, the (red /
orange) LED on the TV will be lit to indicate TV is on
standby.
5. Wait for 30 seconds and press the
ON / OFF / RESET
key on the unit.
LED indicator will flash rapidly then turn off to indicate
synchronising has been successfully completed and
standby saver is ready for use.
TIP
Place external infrared signal receiver in front of or on
top of TV.
TV OPERATIONS
TURN ON TV
1. Pointing at the infrared receiver, press ON/OFF button
on the TV remote. TV will now be on standby mode with
TV LED indicator lit up.
2. Press ON/OFF button on the TV remote again to turn on
TV.
TURN OFF TV
• Press ON/OFF button on the TV remote.
The main unit will detect TV is on standby mode and cut
off electricity from the wall socket to the TV automatically
after 1 min.
RESET / SYNCHRONISE WITH ANOTHER REMOTE
Press and hold
RESET
(4 seconds) to return to the default
settings or if you want to remove memory of remote and
synchronise with another remote. (Please follow steps 3-5
above).

Questo stand-by saver rileva quando il televisore è in modalità
stand-by e ne interrompe automaticamente l’alimentazione.

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
1. Inserire il connettore jack registrato nella presa per
collegare il ricevitore esterno di segnale a infrarossi
all’unità principale.
2. Collegare lo stand-by saver alla presa di corrente.
Verificare che l’entrata non sia ostruita e sia facilmente
accessibile alla spina del televisore.
L’indicatore LED lampeggia quando il collegamento alla
fonte di alimentazione è riuscito ed è stata avviata la
modalità di rilevamento.
NOTA
•
Per scollegarla completamente dalla corrente, l’unità
principale deve essere staccata dalla presa a muro.
•
L’unità principale non devono essere esposti a umidità.
Sull’unità principale non devono essere appoggiati
oggetti contenenti liquidi.
3. Puntare il telecomando del televisore verso il sensore a
infrarossi e premere il pulsante ON/OFF.
Il LED lampeggia rapidamente per 2 secondi, quindi
diventa fisso, ad indicare che il sistema ha rilevato il
segnale a infrarossi.
SUGGERIMENTO
Verificare che non ci siano ostacoli tra il
telecomando e i ricevitori a infrarossi.
4. Inserire la spina del televisore nella presa posta sulla
parte anteriore dello stand-by saver e accendere il
televisore.
Verificare che il televisore sia in modalità stand-by.
Solitamente, il LED (rosso / arancio) del televisore si
accende ad indicare che esso è in modalità stand-by.
5. Attendere 30 secondi, quindi premere il tasto dell’unità
ON / OFF / RESET
.
L’indicatore LED lampeggia rapidamente, quindi si
spegne, ad indicare che la sincronizzazione è riuscita e
che lo stand-by saver è pronto all’uso.
SUGGERIMENTO
Collocare il ricevitore di segnale a
infrarossi davanti o sopra il televisore.
OPERAZIONI CON IL TELEVISORE
ACCENSIONE DEL TELEVISORE
1. Puntare il telecomando verso il sensore a infrarossi e
premere il pulsante ON/OFF. Il televisore si trova ora in
modalità stand-by con l’indicatore LED acceso.
2. Premere nuovamente il pulsante ON / OFF per
accendere il televisore.
SPEGNIMENTO DEL TELEVISORE
•
Premere il pulsante ON/OFF del telecomando.
L’unità principale rileva che il televisore è in modalità stand-by
e interrompe automaticamente il trasferimento di corrente dalla
presa al televisore dopo un minuto.
RESET / SINCRONIZZAZIONE CON UN
ALTRO TELECOMANDO
Tenere premuto
RESET
(per 4 secondi) per ripristinare le
impostazioni predefinite o se si desidera eliminare la memoria
del telecomando ed eseguire la sincronizzazione con un altro
telecomando (seguire i precedenti punti 3-5).

AU COMMENCEMENT

2. Branchez l’économiseur dans la prise murale. Assurez-
vous qu’elle n’est pas obstruée et facilement accessible
à la prise d’alimentation du téléviseur.
La voyant LED clignotera pour indiquer que l’appareil
est correctement connecté à la source d’alimentation
électrique et que le mode de détection est initié.
REMARQUE
•
Pour être entièrement déconnecté de l’alimentation
électrique, débranchez l’appareil principal de la prise
murale.
•
N’exposez ni l’appareil principal à l’humidité. Ne placez
aucun récipient rempli d’eau comme les vases sur
l’appareil principal.
3. Dirigez la télécommande du téléviseur vers le capteur
infrarouge et appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF de la
télécommande.
Le voyant LED clignotera rapidement pendant 2
secondes, puis restera constant pour indiquer que le
système a reçu le signal IR.
ASTUCE
Assurez-vous qu’il n’y a aucun obstacle entre la
télécommande et les récepteurs infrarouges.
4. Insérez la prise du téléviseur dans la prise située à
l’avant de l’économiseur et allumez le téléviseur.
Assurez-vous que le téléviseur est en mode veille. Le
voyant LED (rouge ou orange) du téléviseur s’allumera
généralement pour vous indiquer qu’il est en mode
veille.
5. Patientez 30 secondes puis appuyer sur la touche
ON /
OFF / RESET
de l’appareil.
Le voyant LED clignotera rapidement puis s’éteindra
pour indiquer que la synchronisation a correctement été
effectuée et que l’économiseur est prêt à l’emploi.
ASTUCE
Placez le récepteur de signal infrarouge externe
devant ou au dessus du téléviseur.
FONCTIONNEMENT DU TELEVISEUR
ALLUMER LE TELEVISEUR
1. Dirigez la télécommande du téléviseur vers le capteur
infrarouge et appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF de la
télécommande. Le téléviseur est maintenant en mode
veille ; son voyant LED est allumé.
2. Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur le bouton ON/OFF de la
télécommande pour allumer le téléviseur.
ETEINDRE LE TELEVISEUR

Appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF de la télécommande
L’appareil principal détectera si votre téléviseur est en veille
et coupera automatiquement l’électricité provenant de la prise
d’alimentation murale après 1 minute.
RÉINITIALISER / SYNCHRONISER AVEC UNE
AUTRE TELECOMMANDE
Appuyez et maintenez
RESET
(pendant 4 secondes) pour
revenir aux paramètres par défaut ou si vous désirez effacer la
mémoire de la télécommande et effectuer une synchronisation

HINWEIS

ERSTE SCHRITTE
1. Stecken Sie den angeführten Klinkenstecker in die
Buchse, um den externen Infrarot-Signalempfänger mit
der Basiseinheit zu verbinden.
2. Stecken Sie den Standby-Stromsparer in die
Wandsteckdose. Stellen Sie sicher, dass dieser nicht
blockiert wird und für den Netzstecker des TV-Gerätes
leicht zugänglich ist.
Die LED-Anzeige blinkt und gibt an, dass eine
erfolgreiche Verbindung mit der Stromquelle hergestellt
und der Lernmodus gestartet wurde.
HINWEIS
•
Um das Gerät vollständig vom Netz zu trennen, sollte die
Basiseinheit von der Wandsteckdose entfernt werden.
•
Die Basiseinheit dürfen keinen feuchten Bedingungen
ausgesetzt werden. Es dürfen keine mit Flüssigkeit
gefüllte Objekte, wie Blumenvasen, auf Basiseinheit
gestellt werden.
3. Richten Sie die Fernbedienung des TV-Gerätes auf den
Infrarot-Sensor und drücken Sie die EIN-/AUS-Taste auf
der Fernbedienung.
Die LED blinkt rasch für 2 Sekunden, und leuchtet
anschließend dauerhaft, um zu signalisieren, dass das
IR-Signal im System gespeichert wurde.
TIPP
Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Hindernisse zwischen
Fernbedienung und Infrarot-Signalempfänger vorhanden
sind.
4. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des TV-Gerätes in
die Steckdose auf der Vorderseite des Standby-
Stromsparers und schalten Sie das TV-Gerät ein.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich das TV-Gerät im
Standby-Modus befindet. In der Regel leuchtet eine
(rote / orange) LED auf dem TV-Gerät, um den Standby-
Modus des Geräts zu signalisieren.
5. Warten Sie 30 Sekunden lang und drücken Sie
anschließend die Taste
EIN / AUS / RESET
auf der
Basiseinheit.
Die LED-Anzeige blinkt rasch und schaltet sich dann
aus, um zu signalisieren, dass die Synchronisierung
erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde und der Standby-
Stromsparer betriebsbereit ist.
TIPP
Platzieren Sie den externen Infrarot-Signalempfänger
vor oder auf dem TV-Gerät.

Die Basiseinheit erkennt, dass sich das TV-Gerät im Standby-
Modus befindet, und unterbricht die Stromzufuhr von der
Wandsteckdose automatisch nach 1 Minute.

Halten Sie
RESET
(4 Sekunden lang) gedrückt, um das
Gerät auf die Standardeinstellungen zurückzusetzen, oder
um den Speicher der aktuellen Fernbedienung zu löschen
und die Synchronisierung mit einer anderen Fernbedienung
vorzunehmen. (Befolgen Sie die obigen Schritte 3-5).

Reinigen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls mit scheuernden
oder ätzenden Mitteln.

Machen Sie sich nicht an den internen Komponenten
des Geräts zu schaffen, da dies zu einem Verlust der
Garantie führen kann.
•
Die in dieser Anleitung dargestellten Abbildungen
können sich vom Original unterscheiden.

Entsorgen Sie das Produkt nicht im allgemeinen
