Do not install at the apex of a
sloping ceiling as smoke will
not collect in these areas.
If the ceiling angle is over
30° and has a total
height of up to 6m, a
distance of
30-50cm from the
apex is to be observed. If the angle is up to 45°
the smoke alarm can be installed on the sloped
ceiling.
