BEFORE PLUGGING IN

Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the underside of the fryer.
•
Important
The wires in the cord are coloured as follows:
Green & Yellow = Earth, Blue = Neutral, Brown
= Live.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Removing all packaging.

Wash the parts: see ‘cleaning’.

USE YOUR FRYER
•
Never turn on the deep fryer without oil since it could harm it. As well, never insert any other liquid such
us water or any other substance in the tank.
•
Always place the deep fryer in a level and dry surface. Make sure that the device is not close to other
objects, as it gets hot.
•
Fill up the fryer with oil. Make sure to fill them not less than the MIN level and not more than the MAX
level indicated inside the tank. In order to achieve better results, we advise you not to mix different
types of oil.
•
Connect the mains.
•
Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature, the one accurate to the food you want to fry. Check
the temperature table. As well, note that the food use to indicate the temperature to be cooked in its
envelopment.
