7. COMMISSIONING THE UNIT
Commissioning the unit requires sending of configurations to the audio matrix COMPACT or IF-7P4ETH/0 whose CAN bus depends
on the IF-7P4/0E unit. To do this, you need a PC equipped with a network card and connected to the IP audio matrix, either through
a switch, or directly through a network cable. The PC must have the
Call Point software installed.
1. Insert the unit powers (MP-WD1 Series power amplifiers modules) required by the installation.
2. Set the CAN address of the unit using the rear CAN ADDRESS DIP switches. See section 5. CAN BUS CONFIGURATION .
3. Make the connections between units.
4. Apply power to the units.
5. Via the Call Point software, configure the parameters of the IF-7P4/0E and the power module amplifiers contained therein.
6. Send the configurations to the IP audio matrix unit that controls the IF-7P4/0E.
