After displaying the icons, the recorder dis-
plays the number of the last message you re-
corded, the recording time still remaining (out
of the 37 minute total), and

To turn off the recorder, set it to

RECORDING

You can manually start and stop recording, or
you can use the voice activation (VOX) fea-
ture so the DR-100 only records when it picks
up sound (see “Using VOX” on Page 13).

The time remaining counts down.
