4.5. 24VDC secondary power supply (only F2DC series amplifiers)
The F2DC series amplifiers have a secondary 24VDC power input. This allows its use in security installations by connecting the
amplifier to either the 100-240VAC mains or a 24VDC battery system.
For connection follow the figure 10.
In the F2DC series amplifiers, the 24VDC secondary power input is protected by a blade-type fuse. The DA-4PM/0F2 is supplied with
a spare fuse for each amplifier module of the F2DC series.
Attention : The fuse value varies depending on the amplifier model, as shown in the table below:
If you need to replace the fuse:
1. DISCONNECT THE 100-240V AC 50/60 Hz MAINS
POWER CORD, AND THE 24VDC SECONDARY SUPPLIES
TERMINAL STRIPS. THE FRONT POWER LEDs MUST BE
OFF.
2. Pull out the connection module until you can access
the fuse located at the bottom.
3. Replace the fuse and reinsert the module.
