OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions for use carefully. Particular attention should be paid to the safety
instructions. Please keep the operating manual so that you can use it also during the future use of the
dryer.
INSTRUCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH USE SAFETY
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene
etc.) out of their reach.
WARNING! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as there is a danger of suffocation!
• When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a
hazard even when the hairdryer is switched off;
• For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual
operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom.
Ask your installer for advice.
• Avoid contact between the appliance’s hot surfaces and the face or neck.
• Make sure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked while the hair dryer is in use.
• Do not coil the power cord around the dryer.
• Make sure that the hair dryer has cooled before putting it away.

WARNING: Do not use the hair dryer in the bath, shower, or near the washbasin or other
containers that contain water or liquids.

WARNING: Do not use this appliance near water.
• Do not place the hair dryer where it may come into contact with water or other liquids.
• The hazard remains even when the dryer is off. Therefore, unplug from the mains after use.
• Do not try to insert any object in the dryer’s openings.
• Do not use the hair dryer if the power cord is damaged. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
aftermarket service or by a sufficiently qualified person in order to prevent any risk of an accident.
• Never pull on the power cord or appliance.
• To plug in, hold the plug firmly and push it into the socket.
• To unplug, hold the plug and pull out from the socket.
