Plug the cord into an electrical outlet, there will be a short buzz
to indicate connection .
Then push “ON/OFF” button(A), the appliance will blow cold
air.
You can choose the following position now:
• Push button C (750W) – Low heat setting
• Keep button C down, then push button D (1500W) –- High
heat setting
• Push button B (OSC) – Oscillation
To turn the heater OFF, push button A (ON/OFF) again and
unplugged the heater from the electrical outlet.
OVERHEATING SAFETY DEVICE
A thermal overload protector is built in to prevent overheating.
When an overheat temperature is reached, the heater will be
automatically shut off. It can only resume operation when the
user resets the unit. If this should happen:
If the heater does not switch on, the safety device has been
activated. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket. Let the
heater cool down for 30 minutes. Check if the heater had been
placed correctly. Check if anything is obstructing the air flow.
If necessary, clean the grilles with a vacuum cleaner.
Replace the plug into the wall socket and switch the heater on
again.
If the safety device again switches off the heater: Remove the
mains plug from the wall socket. Have the heater inspected by
a Service Centre or by your dealer.
CLEANING
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn the heater off and unplugged
the heater from the electrical outlet and let cool off the fan
heater.
• Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
• You may clean the outside of the heater with a damp cloth.
• Do not allow water to come into the appliance.
• Clean the air inlet and outlet grilles regularly (with normal
use at least twice a year) with a vacuum cleaner, using the
brush attachment.
• Do not use any abrasive or caustic cleaning agents!
• Use a damp cloth or brush to clean the housing.
• Do not use water! Never immerse the appliance in water!
DANGER TO LIFE!
• If the appliance is not going to be used for some time, it
should be protected against excessive dust and dirt.
STORAGE
Keep the original box in which the convector was packed to
store it during the warmer months when it is not in use. Clean
the heater according to the instructions under
CLEANING
.
Pack the heater in the original box and store it in a cool, dry
place.
