The last window of the Measurement Setup Wizard before the actual
measurement starts, is the Signal Preprocessing Window shown in

. If there is a delay between the reference and the test signal, it should be
compensated automatically. Therefore choose the automatic delay
compensation
function. To compensate any difference in the static gain
between both signals choose the option Static gain compensation and, finally,
the option
Remove DC from signals
