What is a Fat burn run?
A Fat Burn Run is designed to help you burn fat while running.
A fat-burning heart rate zone will be displayed before you start
a Fat Burn Run. Over the course of your running session, you will
receive real-time instructions, and your energy expenditure will
be monitored in real time. After the run, you will receive an
assessment of your fat-burning efficiency, recovery time, and
fitness level.
