Why buttons function is in disorder?  

Please keep clean of machine panel  without any water drip and oil. After clearing it, re-start the 
system and then use.  

It is caused by mismatching of current software and font library resource. Before upgrading, please 
make sure copy the two upgrading files achieved from OPPO website into MP3 PLAYER at the 
same time. If random characters appear, pleasecopy the matched font library resource, such as
"X17KM_Resource.bin", into Mp3 PLAYER again. 

  MP3 PLAYER is failing and cannot be operated?

If the player is failing andcannot be operatde,please reset it.Push       button and hold for 10
