Acrylic Mobile Phone / Tablet Holder To Go
Fasten the two parts (1) and the template (page 3) congruently with
adhesive tape on top of each other. Cut out the recesses with the
fretsaw or the scroll saw and clean the saw cuts.
Affix the template (page 3) to the acrylic glass (2). Cut out the recesses
and clean the saw cuts with the warding file or sandpaper. Cool the
acrylic glass with some water or oil.
Connect the three parts as required (mobile phone or tablet)!
Last place your mobile phone or tablet. Done!
Divide the acrylic glass (1) in two parts according to dimensions as shown. If the acrylic glass is cut with the scroll saw, this should be carried out
slowly, because the acrylic glass can melt if the speed is too fast.
Note: Cool the saw blade with some water or oil.
