Overview

Perfect Pick® Cortex™ Operator Manual

OPEX Corporation

OPEX Scan Tunnel

- an array of cameras meant to read barcodes off of

boxes or containers as they enter the workstation from the incoming
conveyor (Figure 3-4).

Figure 3-4: Scan Tunnel

Staging

- short conveyor located between the scan tunnel and workstation.

Once scanned, the containers are positioned in “zones” where the system
can better track their location.

Workstation

- this is where the containers are presented to the operator.

Containers rest in zones, where they are monitored by the Cortex system
