PT Position
PT Position can display the Pan/Tilt position of the dome camera on the screen.
•
PT Display –
Enable this time to display the pan/tilt position on the screen.
The display format will be “XX YYY/ YY.”
•
Set Pan Zero –
Using this option, you can set a cardinal direction, such as
North, as the zero coordinate. N, E, S, W, NE, SE, SW, and NW will display
on the screen, depending on which direction the camera is facing. The PAN
range is from 0
˚
to 359
˚,
and the TILT RANGE is from 10
˚
to 90
˚
.

Exit + Set –
Exit PT Position and go back to SETUP MENU 2 to continue
setting other functions.
Speed by Zoom
When set to ON, the pan/tilt speed will automatically adjust when zooming. A large
zoom ratio will result in a low rotating speed.
Auto Calibration
There are two infrared ray check points in each dome—one horizontal and one
vertical. During installation or maintenance, the dome camera’s position may be
moved. Therefore, the relative distance between the original set point and the check
point will be changed. If the Auto Calibration function is enabled, the dome will
automatically detect the matter and reset the horizontal point back to the original
position.
Password
If this function is enabled, users will be required to enter the password each time they
access the OSD menu.
1. Choose a number with the direction keys and press CAMERA MENU to enter the
number.
2. Confirm the password by entering it again.
3. Click
SAVE
and press CAMERA MENU to save the password.
4. Click
EXIT
to exit the password setting page.
If this function is enabled, a password request message will appear when you press
CAMERA MENU. Enter the password and press ENTER to access the OSD main
menu.
Note
When enabling this function for the first time, you will need to enter the
Master Password: 9527.
