Tragen Sie das Produkt nie auf offenen Wunden und nur unter vorheriger
medizinischer Anleitung.
Der Patient darf nur in Absprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt die
Einstellung ändern.
Sollten übermäßige Schmerzen, Schwellungen, Taubheit oder
Empfindlichkeitsänderungen, ungewöhnliche Reaktionen oder ein
unangenehmes Gefühl während des Tragens auftreten, kontaktieren Sie bitte
umgehend Ihren behandelnden Arzt oder Orthopädietechniker.
Dieses Medizinprodukt wurde für die aufgeführten Indikationen entwickelt
und kann durch ungewöhnlichen und nicht zweckmäßigen Gebrauch
oder Aktivitäten wie Sport, Stürze oder andere Unfälle bzw. Flüssigkeiten
beschädigt werden.
In Verbindung mit einem weiteren Medizinprodukt halten Sie Rücksprache
mit Ihrem behandelnden Arzt.

Anlegevorgang mit 15° Abduktionskissen (Anleitungsvideo unter app.oped.de)

Bauchgurt (a) schließen. Armschale (b) in das Abduktionskissen (c) stecken bis es
hörbar einrastet. Seitlich an OPTIVOshoulder festkletten und den Arm in die Arm-
schale (b) legen. (Bild 1)

Klettgurte schließen. Schultergurt (d) auf die gesunde Schulter legen. (Bild 2-3)
Haken (e) einhängen und Gurtklemme (f) positionieren. (Bild 4-7) Die Länge des
Schultergurtes kann über die grüne Gurtschnalle (k) im Schulterpolster eingestellt
werden. (Bild 8)
Anlegevorgang mit 0° Abduktionskissen

Bauchgurt (a) schließen. Hookpad (g) mit dem grünen Gurt in den Ringel (h) stecken
und Haken (i) in die Armschale stecken. (Bild 9-11) . Seitlich an OPTIVOshoulder
heranrücken und den Arm in die Armschale (b) legen. (Bild 12)

Purpose:
Orthosis to immobilise the shoulder joint in an adjustable position.
Safety instructions
The product is intended only for use on a single patient.
Never wear the product over open wounds and only wear it after prior
medical instruction.
The patient may only adjust it in consultation with his/her treating doctor.
Should you experience excessive pain, swelling, numbness or sensitivity
changes, unusual reactions or an uncomfortable sensation while wearing the
device, please contact your doctor or orthopaedic technician immediately.
This medical product was developed for the indications stated and may be
damaged through unusual and non-intended use or through activities such
as sport, falls or other accidents, as well as liquids.
When used in combination with another medical product, consult your
doctor.
Only replacement parts approved by OPED GmbH may be used.
Please observe the Road Traffic Act applicable in your country. Latex-free.

Application procedure with 15° abduction pads (instruction video at app.oped.de)

Fasten the abdominal strap (a). Insert the arm support (b) into the abduction pad
(c) until you hear a snap. Velcro the OPTIVOshoulder closed at the side and place
the arm in the arm support (b). (Figure 1)

Fasten the Velcro straps. Lay shoulder strap (d) over the healthy shoulder.
( Figure 2-3) Position hook (e) and position the belt clip (f). (Figure 4-7) The
length of the shoulder strap can be adjusted using the green belt clasp (k) in the
shoulder pad. (Figure 8)
Application with 0° abduction pads
●
Fasten the abdominal strap (a). Insert the hook pad (g) with the green strap into
the ringlet (h) and the hook (i) into the arm support. (Figure 9-11) . Move sideways
towards the OPTIVOshoulder and place the arm in the arm support (b). (Figure 12)

Fasten the Velcro straps. Lay shoulder strap (d) over the healthy shoulder.

the OPTIVOshoulder to the abdominal strap in the desired position using the hook

Arm support length adjustment

Press the button down and adjust to the desired length (j).
Hand support length adjustment
●
Press the clips on the bottom together and slide them into the desired position.
The hand support is detachable (k).
Cleaning and maintenance
Washing: Wash straps and pads in the washing machine at 40 °C
Clean plastic parts with a damp cloth and with plastic-friendly cleaning agents only.
Drying: Leave to dry naturally

Ne portez jamais le produit sur des plaies ouvertes et uniquement après une
instruction médicale.
Le patient est autorisé à modifier le réglage uniquement après avoir consulté
son médecin traitant.
Veuillez contacter immédiatement votre médecin traitant ou un technicien
orthopédique en cas d’apparition d’une douleur excessive, de gonflements,
d’engourdissement ou d’une altération de la sensibilité, ainsi qu’en cas de
réactions inhabituelles ou de sensation désagréable.
Ce dispositif médical a été développé pour les indications susmentionnées
et peut être endommagé par une utilisation inhabituelle et non conforme ou
par des activités telles que le sport, une chute ou d’autres accidents, ainsi

Mise en place avec coussin d’abduction à 15°
●
Fermer la sangle ventrale (a). Insérer la coque pour le bras (b) dans le coussin
d’abduction (c) jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche de manière audible. Fixer latérale-
ment cette dernière à l’OPTIVOshoulder et insérer le bras dans la coque pour le
bras (b). (Figure 1)

Fermer les sangles de fermeture. Positionner la sangle d’épaule (d) sur l’épaule
valide. (Figures 2-3) Accrocher le crochet (e) et positionner la fixation de sangle
(f). (Figures 4-7) La boucle verte (k) située dans le coussinet de l’épaule permet de
régler la longueur de la sangle d’épaule. (Figure 8)
Mise en place avec coussin d’abduction à 0°
●
Fermer la sangle ventrale (a). Insérer le coussinet à crochet (g) avec la sangle
verte dans l’anneau (h) et enficher le crochet (i) dans la coque pour le bras.
(Figure 9-11) . Approcher latéralement l’OPTIVOshoulder et insérer le bras dans la
coque pour le bras (b). (Figure 12)

Fermer les sangles de fermeture. Positionner la sangle d’épaule (d) sur l’épaule
valide. (Figures 13-14) Accrocher le crochet (e) et positionner la fixation de sangle
(f). (Figures 15-16) Fixer l’OPTIVOshoulder au moyen du coussinet à crochet (g)
à la sangle ventrale dans la position optimale du point de vue thérapeutique.

Réglage en longueur de la coque pour le bras

Appuyer sur le bouton et régler le produit à la longueur désirée (j).
Réglage en longueur de l’appui-main
●
Appuyer sur les attaches situées sur la partie inférieure et les décaler vers la
position désirée. L’appui-main est amovible (k).
Nettoyage et entretien
Lavage : Laver la sangle et les coussinets à la machine à une
température de 40 °C
Ne nettoyer les pièces en plastique qu’avec un chiffon humide et des produits d’entre-
tien adaptés au plastique.

In caso di insorgenza di dolori eccessivi, gonfiori, intorpidimento o
alterazioni della sensibilità, reazioni insolite o sensazioni sgradevoli
indossando il prodotto, contattare immediatamente il medico curante o il
tecnico ortopedico.
Il presente prodotto medicale è stato sviluppato per le indicazioni descritte
e può riportare danni a seguito di un uso inconsueto e non conforme o di
attività sportive, cadute, altri incidenti o contatto con liquidi.
Per l’uso del presente prodotto in combinazione con un altro prodotto

Chiudere la cintura addominale (a). Inserire il supporto rigido per il braccio (b)
nel cuscino di abduzione (c) fino ad avvertirne lo scatto in posizione. Avvicinarsi
lateralmente a OPTIVOshoulder e posizionare il braccio nell’apposito supporto
rigido (b). (figura 1)

Chiudere le cinture in velcro. Posizionare la tracolla per la spalla (d) sulla spalla
sana. (figure 2-3) Fissare il gancio (e) e posizionare il fermaglio di chiusura (f).
(figure 4-7) La lunghezza della tracolla per la spalla è regolabile tramite la fibbia
verde (k) nell’imbottitura. (figura 8)

Pulizia e cura
Indicazioni per lavare il prodotto: lavare cinture e imbottiture in
lavatrice a 40 °C
Pulire i componenti in plastica con un panno umido e detergenti compatibili con
materiali sintetici.

Este producto sanitario ha sido especialmente diseñado para las indicaciones
mencionadas y podría dañarse en caso de ser utilizado con fines poco
habituales o fuera de lo previsto, así como por ser utilizado mientras se
realizan actividades como el deporte, por sufrir golpes u otros accidentes o

Cerrar el cinturón abdominal. Meter el enganche (g) con la correa verde en la anilla
(h) y meter el gancho (i) en la férula del brazo. (Figura 9-11) . Aproximar a la parte
lateral de OPTIVOshoulder y colocar el brazo en la férula del brazo (b). (Figura 12)

Cerrar las correas de velcro. Colocar la correa del hombro (d) sobre el hombro
sano. (Figura 13-14) Colocar los ganchos (e) y colocar la pinza de la correa (f).

Limpieza y cuidado
Lavar: La correa y el acolchado con lavadora a 40 °C
Limpiar las piezas de plástico con un paño húmedo y un detergente apto para
plásticos.

Purpose:
Orthosis to immobilise the shoulder joint in an adjustable position.
Safety instructions
The product is intended only for use on a single patient.
Never wear the product over open wounds and only wear it after prior
medical instruction.
The patient may only adjust it in consultation with his/her treating doctor.
Should you experience excessive pain, swelling, numbness or sensitivity
changes, unusual reactions or an uncomfortable sensation while wearing the
device, please contact your doctor or orthopaedic technician immediately.
This medical product was developed for the indications stated and may be
damaged through unusual and non-intended use or through activities such
as sport, falls or other accidents, as well as liquids.
When used in combination with another medical product, consult your
doctor.
Only replacement parts approved by OPED GmbH may be used.

Application procedure with 15° abduction pads (instruction video at app.oped.de)

Fasten the abdominal strap (a). Insert the arm support (b) into the abduction pad
(c) until you hear a snap. Velcro the OPTIVOshoulder closed at the side and place
the arm in the arm support (b). (Figure 1)

Fasten the Velcro straps. Lay shoulder strap (d) over the healthy shoulder.
( Figure 2-3) Position hook (e) and position the belt clip (f). (Figure 4-7) The
length of the shoulder strap can be adjusted using the green belt clasp (k) in the
shoulder pad. (Figure 8)
Application with 0° abduction pads

Fasten the abdominal strap (a). Insert the hook pad (g) with the green strap into
the ringlet (h) and the hook (i) into the arm support. (Figure 9-11) . Move sideways
towards the OPTIVOshoulder and place the arm in the arm support (b). (Figure 12)

Fasten the Velcro straps. Lay shoulder strap (d) over the healthy shoulder.

the OPTIVOshoulder to the abdominal strap in the desired position using the hook

Arm support length adjustment

Press the button down and adjust to the desired length (j).
Hand support length adjustment

Press the clips on the bottom together and slide them into the desired position.
The hand support is detachable (k).
Cleaning and maintenance
Washing: Wash straps and pads in the washing machine at 40 °C
Clean plastic parts with a damp cloth and with plastic-friendly cleaning agents only.
Drying: Leave to dry naturally

orthopédique en cas d’apparition d’une douleur excessive, de gonflements,
d’engourdissement ou d’une altération de la sensibilité, ainsi qu’en cas de
réactions inhabituelles ou de sensation désagréable.
Ce dispositif médical a été développé pour les indications susmentionnées
et peut être endommagé par une utilisation inhabituelle et non conforme ou
par des activités telles que le sport, une chute ou d’autres accidents, ainsi

Mise en place avec coussin d’abduction à 15°

Fermer la sangle ventrale (a). Insérer la coque pour le bras (b) dans le coussin
d’abduction (c) jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche de manière audible. Fixer latérale-
ment cette dernière à l’OPTIVOshoulder et insérer le bras dans la coque pour le
bras (b). (Figure 1)

Fermer les sangles de fermeture. Positionner la sangle d’épaule (d) sur l’épaule
valide. (Figures 2-3) Accrocher le crochet (e) et positionner la fixation de sangle
(f). (Figures 4-7) La boucle verte (k) située dans le coussinet de l’épaule permet de
régler la longueur de la sangle d’épaule. (Figure 8)
Mise en place avec coussin d’abduction à 0°
●
Fermer la sangle ventrale (a). Insérer le coussinet à crochet (g) avec la sangle
verte dans l’anneau (h) et enficher le crochet (i) dans la coque pour le bras.
(Figure 9-11) . Approcher latéralement l’OPTIVOshoulder et insérer le bras dans la
coque pour le bras (b). (Figure 12)

Fermer les sangles de fermeture. Positionner la sangle d’épaule (d) sur l’épaule
valide. (Figures 13-14) Accrocher le crochet (e) et positionner la fixation de sangle
(f). (Figures 15-16) Fixer l’OPTIVOshoulder au moyen du coussinet à crochet (g)
à la sangle ventrale dans la position optimale du point de vue thérapeutique.

Réglage en longueur de la coque pour le bras

Appuyer sur le bouton et régler le produit à la longueur désirée (j).
Réglage en longueur de l’appui-main
●
Appuyer sur les attaches situées sur la partie inférieure et les décaler vers la
position désirée. L’appui-main est amovible (k).
Nettoyage et entretien
Lavage : Laver la sangle et les coussinets à la machine à une
température de 40 °C
Ne nettoyer les pièces en plastique qu’avec un chiffon humide et des produits d’entre-
tien adaptés au plastique.

Il paziente, infatti, può modificare le impostazioni del prodotto
esclusivamente in accordo con il medico curante.
In caso di insorgenza di dolori eccessivi, gonfiori, intorpidimento o
alterazioni della sensibilità, reazioni insolite o sensazioni sgradevoli
indossando il prodotto, contattare immediatamente il medico curante o il
tecnico ortopedico.
Il presente prodotto medicale è stato sviluppato per le indicazioni descritte
e può riportare danni a seguito di un uso inconsueto e non conforme o di
attività sportive, cadute, altri incidenti o contatto con liquidi.
Per l’uso del presente prodotto in combinazione con un altro prodotto
medicale è necessario consultare il medico curante.

Procedura di applicazione con cuscino di abduzione a 15°

Chiudere la cintura addominale (a). Inserire il supporto rigido per il braccio (b)
nel cuscino di abduzione (c) fino ad avvertirne lo scatto in posizione. Avvicinarsi
lateralmente a OPTIVOshoulder e posizionare il braccio nell’apposito supporto
rigido (b). (figura 1)

Chiudere le cinture in velcro. Posizionare la tracolla per la spalla (d) sulla spalla
sana. (figure 2-3) Fissare il gancio (e) e posizionare il fermaglio di chiusura (f).
(figure 4-7) La lunghezza della tracolla per la spalla è regolabile tramite la fibbia
verde (k) nell’imbottitura. (figura 8)
Procedura di applicazione con cuscino di abduzione a 0°

Chiudere la cintura addominale (a). Inserire il sistema hook pad (g) con la cintura
verde nel passante (h) e inserire il gancio (i) nel supporto rigido per il braccio.

Chiudere le cinture in velcro. Posizionare la tracolla per la spalla (d) sulla spalla

Premere le staffe sul lato inferiore e farle scorrere fino alla posizione desiderata;
l’appoggio per la mano (k) è amovibile.
Pulizia e cura
Indicazioni per lavare il prodotto: lavare cinture e imbottiture in
lavatrice a 40 °C
Pulire i componenti in plastica con un panno umido e detergenti compatibili con
materiali sintetici.
Asciugatura: lasciare asciugare all’aria.

El paciente únicamente podrá cambiar el ajuste tras consultarlo con el
médico correspondiente.
Si al utilizarlo se observan dolores fuertes, hinchazón, entumecimiento o
alteraciones en la sensibilidad, reacciones poco habituales o molestias,
póngase en contacto inmediatamente con el médico u ortopedia
correspondiente.
Este producto sanitario ha sido especialmente diseñado para las indicaciones
mencionadas y podría dañarse en caso de ser utilizado con fines poco
habituales o fuera de lo previsto, así como por ser utilizado mientras se
realizan actividades como el deporte, por sufrir golpes u otros accidentes o
por el contacto con líquidos.

Cerrar el cinturón abdominal. Encajar la férula del brazo (b) en el cojín de abduc-
ción (c) hasta escuchar como encaja. Pegar en la parte lateral de OPTIVOshoulder
y colocar el brazo en la férula del brazo (b). (Fig. 1)

Cerrar las correas de velcro. Colocar la correa del hombro (d) sobre el hombro
sano. (Figura 2-3) Colocar los ganchos (e) y colocar la pinza de la correa (f).

verde (k) en la almohadilla del hombro. (Figura 8)

Cerrar el cinturón abdominal. Meter el enganche (g) con la correa verde en la anilla
(h) y meter el gancho (i) en la férula del brazo. (Figura 9-11) . Aproximar a la parte
lateral de OPTIVOshoulder y colocar el brazo en la férula del brazo (b). (Figura 12)

Cerrar las correas de velcro. Colocar la correa del hombro (d) sobre el hombro
sano. (Figura 13-14) Colocar los ganchos (e) y colocar la pinza de la correa (f).

Presionar las abrazaderas de la parte inferior y llevarlas hasta la posición deseada,

Lavar: La correa y el acolchado con lavadora a 40 °C
Limpiar las piezas de plástico con un paño húmedo y un detergente apto para
plásticos.
