Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. Veggetti
®
Power - Made
Vegetable Pasta
1 (14.5 oz.) can Stewed Tomatoes
½
(6 oz.) can Tomato Paste
2 tbsp + 2 tsp Finely Diced Onion
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
½
Clove Garlic, minced
½
tsp Dried Oregano
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare Veggetti
®
Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8).
2. Place the tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper
into a food processor. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
3. In a large skillet, on medium heat, sauté the diced onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add in the
aforementioned blended mix. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti

Garlic & Olive Oil
Ingredients:
1 lb. Veggetti

Power - Made
Vegetable Pasta
¼
cup and 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼
cup and 2 tbsp Butter
4 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
8 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained
and quartered (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare Veggetti

2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and melt the butter,
on medium heat. Mix in the garlic, basil, and artichoke hearts (optional), then cook for 5
minutes, until heated through.
3. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti
