Connect this device when application starts :
When enabled, this function automatically connects
the target device 15 seconds after the application
starts running. If you are using a USB hub or the
server has a build-in HUB (4-port USB server has a
build-in hub), the device won`t be automatically
connected if you switch to another port.
If device is occupied when the application starts, then
it will not be connected.
If the device is offline when the application starts, then
the device will not be connected.
