Bluetooth connection problem
1.
When KETO App is terminated in the Background, Bluetooth connection will
be lost.
a. Android Users can check whether KETO is online by checking the ‘K’ icon
on the top of the smartphone screen.
b. When the KETO app is not properly working, terminate the KETO app
which is running in the background and restart the app.
c. Do not terminate the KETO app from running in the background on your
phone while driving. It may cause errors.
Inaudible sound check failure

If the KETO doesn’t work, place the smartphone MIC near the KETO
speaker for 1~3 seconds in a quiet environment.

Re-register KETO

In case of any loss or damage to your smartphone, you may re-login using
your existing ID and Password. and re-register KETO.
Flash memory error

If LED A and B are on at the same time, try 'Factory Reset'.
If the same situation continues, please contact customer service.
Assembly error

If LED A is on and LED B blinks, it is <Assembly error>. Reassemble KETO.

Reset shared mobile key

After logging into your account in a different device, all previously shared mobile
keys will become unavailable. Users would need to re-share them again.
KETO connection problem during voice call

During a voice call, the KETO device is not able to determine whether you
are inside or outside the vehicle. It is recommended to stop any voice call
when starting the engine.
Valet mode

Setting up the valet mode is only possible when the KETO device is
connected to the smartphone.
We recommend charging is sufficient battery when using valet mode.
AUTO-UNLOCK Mode

When AUTO-UNLOCK Mode is on, as you approach the car, the door will
automatically open.
Configuring the AUTO-UNLOCK mode ON/OFF is only possible when
Bluetooth connection is on.
Mal-function

In the KETO app, when you push to unlock, lock or trunk button too many
times in a short period time, mal-function may occur.
- Press and hold the Function button and press the Reset button with a
pointed object.
- Check that the two front LED's are switched on and off at the same time
and then release the function button.
