Place supplied gasket on drum top, lining up holes in gasket
with holes in lid. Put metal tape on cyclone as shown then
place bolt through washer then put bolt through hole in base of
cyclone. Secure with nut underneath. Tighten bolts evenly. Do
not over tighten.

1. Install the (4) casters by inserting stems throught the four
perimeter holes in dolly legs. Put on a 5/16” washer and lock
nut on each caster stem and tighten with a wrench.
2. Measure, center punch and drill a 1/4” hole in the center
of drum bottom.
3. First put metal washer, then felt washer on the 1/4”-
20 carriage bolt. Insert bolt into the drilled hole from
INSIDE the drum. Slip nylon spacer over bolt so that it
is on the outside of drum against the bottom. Put caster
plate over the bolt and tighten with 1/4”- 20 lock nut as
shown in photo. This allows the felt washer to seal the
hole in the drum. It is very important for your unit’s per-
formance that there are no air leaks.

For additional static reduction,
install metal tape as shown.
Cover bolt hole and use
the bolt for the grounding
wire anchor.
Tape should wrap
