User's Manual

Calibration ROM

This ROM is associated with the sensor on a one-to-one basis, and operates connected to the Sensor 

Controller.

• Use with the Calibration ROM always connected. If the Calibration ROM is not connected, the error message 

“SYSERR” is shown in the main digital and “NO.ROM” is shown in the sub digital, where measurement is not 

possible.

Errors Common to All Communication States p.280

• If the Calibration ROM is lost or broken, as a provisional measure, the measurement can be resumed using the data 

of the previously read Calibration ROM. For the operating procedure, refer to page 

p.195
