TS indicator on SmartSlice I/O units

If power supply to the Unit is correct and the Communication Unit and the SmartSlice I/O Units are
operating correctly, problems in the EtherCAT Connection can be determined using the RUN, ERR and
L/A LED indicators on the EtherCAT Communication Unit.
In this section, the states of status indicator are indicated using the following abbreviations. 

For details on definition of each state, refer to "2-5 Communication State Transitions" in page 2 - 7.
