The OmniFlow is commercial and industrial water filtration system designed for purification of contaminated water at
asbestos, lead abatement projects and similar sources at construction sites. Our portable system consists of self
priming, positive displacement pump and two filtration stages with 20 and 5 micron filters. The unit is capable of high
suction lift and 45 psi discharge pressure. This portable unit has a strong aluminum housing with rubber grip handle
and easily accessible hose connections. OmniFlow’s two-stage filtration allows for the use of various filter cartridges to
meet your requirements. Our standard configuration consists of a 20μ and 5μ filter.

Operating Instructions

Unpacking: Check unit for damage.

Locate the Water Filtration System (WFS) close to the waste water storage on a level, dry surface and standing upright.
WFS pump is self priming and has up to 9 feet of vertical lift. The discharge pressure is factory set at 45 psi.

To start the machine:
1. Connect the suction hose (garden hose thread) from the waste water storage to WFS inlet connection and from WFS
outlet to drain. Make sure the hose is not kinked or damaged.
2. Connect power cord to 115 VAC grounded circuit. Keep the cord out of water and do not route it under the unit.
3. Turn unit ON and wait for the pump to prime the system and check that the water is discharged from the unit. Note:
New filters take longer to fill with water.
4. When you deplete the water source, turn the pump OFF. The pump can operate dry without damage, but it is better
to shut it down.

Maintenance of the OmniFlow

The WFS unit will require frequent cleaning of the inlet mesh screen and periodic filter replacement. Watch for the
following indications of required service caused by plugged screen or filters:
- Water flow is reduced
- Pump is surging and straining
- Pump shuts down when filters are loaded and discharge pressure reaches 45 psi

ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR ESTABLISHED HAZMAT PROCEDURES.

Troubleshooting

Your Omnitec Design machine is designed and engineered to provide years of trouble free service. Occasionally
though problems do occur. Here are some helpful tips and solutions to common problems.

The pump will not start

1. Check power is ON
2.  Check the circuit breaker on the WFS unit is not tripped
3.  Check that GFCI on WFS unit is not tripped
4.  Correct voltage 115 VAC (+/- 10%)
