Lesen Sie die Montageanleitung sorgfältig durch, da
bei unsachgemässer Montage der Garantieanspruch
erlischt.
Die LED’s können nachgerüstet werden bei alle Omni-steps
12V mit anti-rutschprofiel, wobei die totale Breitte von der
Trittstufe zwischen 406 und 551mm liegt.

MONTAGE
1. Öffnen Sie die Trittstufe.
2. Entfernen Sie das vordere Antirutschprofil aus der Nut
(rausziehen). Siehe Abb. 1.
3. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben aus der beiden Seiten der
Trittstufe. Siehe Abb. 2.
4. Entfernen Sie die Kunststoffkappe und das Trittbrett.
Siehe Abb 2.
5. Bohren Sie ein Loch Ø 7mm in das Linker Profiel von der
Trittstufenseite. Siehe Abb. 3 detail 1.
Nur für die slide-out Trittstufe :
5a. Entfernen Sie die Kunststoff Abdeckung an der
Unterseite der Trittstufe. Lösen Sie hierfür Teilweisse
(ungefähr 1 cm) die Vorderseite oder Hintenseite des
Trittblechs. Siehe Abb. 5a.
5b. Bohren Sie ein zweites Loch, Ø 10mm. Siehe Abb. 3
detail 2. Möglich ist das Loch schon vorgebohrt Ø
5mm.
6. Ziehen Sie den Draht von der Ledbeleuchtung durch das
Bohrloch Ø7 bis es hinten herauskommt. Siehe Abb. 4.
7. Positionieren Sie die Printplatte mit den LED’s in der Nut,
mit der LEDbeleuchtung nach oben. Siehe Abb. 4.
8. Stecken Sie die Linke Kunststoffabdeckung wieder auf
der Ecke der Trittstufe und drehen Sie die Schrauben an
den Seiten der Stufe wieder an. Achten Sie darauf dass
der Draht nicht eingeklemmt wird. Gut andrehen.
9. Drücken Sie das Translucente anti-rutschprofil in der Nut
und schneiden Sie diesse auf der richtigen Länge .
Achten Sie drauf dass Sie das Profil nicht ausdehnen .
Besser etwas länger abschneiden damit Sie es besser
eindrücken können.
10. Weiter
Nur für die Slide out Trittstufe :
10a. Führen Sie den Draht durch dass neugebohrte Loch
Ø10 durch das Profil Siehe Abb.5a.
10b. Ziehen Sie den Draht durch den Rücken der
Trittstufe wo bereits die Verdrahtung des Motors
liegt. Befestigen Sie das Kabel mit den Bänder an
dem Motor. Siehe Abb. 5a+b. Kontrolieren Sie das
bei der Bewegung des Slide outs der Draht nicht
stört.
10c. Schliessen Sie den Kasten
11. Schliessen Sie den Elektrischen Draht an (Schalter,
Wächter…). Der richtige Anschluss ist wichtig: roder Draht
nach +, weisser Draht nach –. Achten Sie drauf das der
Draht nicht eingeklemmt wird und der Draht nicht störend
runterhängt.
GEBRAUCH
Die Leds werden bedient mit einen Schalter (manuell, per
Wächter …).
OPTION (Siehe Schema Abb. 6)
Relais für automatisch schalter der LED's bei Bedienung der
Trittstufe. Bei Gebrauchs des Relais wird die Stromversorgung
abgeschlossen in geschlossen Zustand.
Erfüllt die Anforderungen der EMC-Direktiven 89/336/EEC.

The LED’s can be mounted on every Omni-steps 12V with
anti-slip footboard, for which the total width is between 406 and
551mm.

INSTALLATION
1. Open the step.
2. Remove the front anti-slip rubber profile from the groove
by pulling upwards. See fig. 1.
3. Remove the screws from both sides of the step. Fig. 2.
4. Remove the plastic inserts from the corners and the
footboard. See fig. 2.
5. Drill a 7mm diameter hole in the left hand side profile. See
fig. 3 detail 1.
Only for slide-out steps:
5a. Remove the plastic cover plate from the underneath
of the casing by firstly unscrewing the four screws in
the front or back cover plate by about 1cm each and
then ease out the cover at the front of the box.
5b. Drill a second hole of 10mm dia. See fig. 3 detail 2.
This is possibly already predrilled but if so with a
5mm dia.
6. Feed the cable from the LED’s through the 7mm dia hole
in the profile, till it exits the profile at the top. Fig. 4.
7. Position the LED strip in the groove of the footboard, with
the LED’s facing upwards. See fig. 4.
8. Replace the plastic pieces on the corners and screw the
footboard back into place. Pay attention that the screws
do not interfere with the cable. Ensure that the screws are
fully tightened.
9. Push the translucent anti-slip profile into the groove and
cut to the correct length. Ensure that you do not stretch
the profile. It is better to cut it longer in order that it will be
compressed into the groove.
10. Also
Only for the slide-out:
10a. Ensure that the cable is exiting the profile through the
10mm drilled hole! See fig. 5a.
10b. Feed the cable through the hole at the back of the
box together with the cables from the motor. Attach
the cable to the motor with the strap. Fig.5a+b.
Check that the cable does not harm the movement of
the step.
10c. Close the box.
11. Connect the electrical cable (switch, movement
detector…). It is very important to ensure that the wires
are connected properly: the red cable to the +(positive),
the white to the – (negative). Check that the cable can not
be damaged or compressed by any moving parts.
USE
Use the LED’s with a switch (manual, movement detector,
obscurity switch, …).
OPTION (see scheme fig. 6)
Relay for automatically switching on the LED’s when operating
the step. The relay switches the power off when in the closed
position. Meets the EMC standards 89/336/EEC.
