INSTRUCTIONS

Determine how many jigs are needed.

Typically, one every 2 to 4 feet is sufficient,

but more may be used for extra long or
heavy aprons.

Ensure the material surface is clean.
Apply adhesive.
Place Miter-It on top piece, carefully
ensuring the leg is in contact with the
mitered edge.
Hold the adjustment knob and depress
the release lever to lower the lift wedge.

(see fig. 1)

Turn the adjustment knob counter-
clockwise to ensure lift wedge is fully

lowered. (see fig. 2)
Insert mitered apron piece. (see fig. 3)

Hold the adjustment knob and depress
the release lever to raise each side evenly

until the joint is almost closed. (see fig. 4)

Ensure mitered apron piece is in desired

final position.

Turn the adjustment knob clockwise to

fully close the joint. (see fig. 5)

Do not over-tighten, as this will cause the
joint to shift out of alignment.

Add tape between Miter-Its to tighten the

joint. (see fig. 6)

Leave the jigs in place until adhesive has
cured.
