Operating the oven in Manual Mode

With the oven function and cooking temperature set, press the

End of Cooking

button

 and

Cooking Duration button together. This will start the oven running. Once

the food has been cooked, turn

all control knobs to off.

Buzzer
With no timer functions operating, press the Decrease button to cycle through the 3
buzzer volumes. To deactivate a buzzer at the end of a timer function, press any of
the 3 buttons to the left. If not, the buzzer will run for 7 minutes before deactivating
automatically.

Timer

A timer can be set up on the Digital Timer as a reminder for some future task. Press
the Timer button to show the current timer value 0.00 and the Timer symbol will start
to flash on the digital display. While it is flashing, adjust the time using the

Decrease

button and Increase button (in minute increments). Once the correct value is
reached, do not press any buttons for 5 seconds and the value will lock in. The
Timer will now start to

count down. When the allotted time runs out, the buzzer will

sound. Note that this does not affect any oven functions.
The current Timer value can be seen (for 5 seconds) by pressing the Timer button
once, and adjusted using the

Decrease button and Increase button (as above).

Semi-automatic cooking

Semi-automatic cooking is when the cooking function is started manually and the
cooking duration is set with the Digital Timer. Set the Cooking function and
temperature, and allow the oven to pre-heat (~10 minutes). Place the food in the
oven. Press the Cooking Duration button once; the current cooking duration (0.00)
will be displayed and the Cooking Duration icon will flash. While it is flashing, adjust
the time using the

Decrease button and Increase button (in minute increments).

Once the correct value is reached, do not press any buttons for 5 seconds and the
value will lock in. The oven will continue to cook, with the

Cooking Duration icon and

“A” lit and current time shown

until the cooking duration is met, at which point the

oven will stop and the buzzer will sound. Turn the Oven Function control knob and
Thermostat control knob to off and deactivate the buzzer.
The values can be adjusted at any time by pressing

 the Cooking Duration button

once and adjusting as above.
