1.
Ignition off, unplug the compressor and
connect to the compressor.

Connect to the battery.

Connect a
manifold gauge
or
charging machine
. (optional)
6.
Start the engine – idle at app. 1000-1500 RPM.
7.
Change the efficiency levels 0-100% with the +/- buttons (wait 10 s between steps)
Note the temperature and pressure changes.
If the diodes OL or OC illuminates – change the compressor.
When you increase the efficiency (+) the following changes;
High pressure side
Low pressure side
Efficiency CLT1

1,6 +/- 0,5 bar 0°C +/- 3°
Minimum
3 +/- 0,7 bar
10°C +/-3°
* Orientation levels – varies between manufacturer, model and ambient temperature
2.
Connect the disconnected connector with
the simulator – prevents error code generation.
4.
Apply a temperature sensor in the middle
outlet and put the fan on max.
The temperature decreases
