Maintenance
Be sure to always wash the grill plates after each use to remove any residue that may have accumulated. For
cleaning cast iron plate, please use warm soapy water while still warm. Do not use cold water on hot plate.
After cleaning, be sure the oil tray must be dry thoroughly before putting them back to the unit. Do not immerse
completely in water or any liquid to clean. The appliance is not to be cleaned with a water jet.
