Troubleshooting
Ice is thin, or makes deformed ice
on the evaporation.
Dirty water filter. Replace the filter.
Water spray & flow board dirty &
blockage.
Clean water spray & flow board.
Locate out of horizontal leveled
position.
Locate ice maker in a horizontal
leveled position.
Water loss from water sink. Check status of water drain valve
whether is leaking.
Decreased ice capacity. Dirty water filter. Change the filter.
Dirty condenser. Clean the condenser.
High ambient temperature. The ambient temperature cannot
be over 43°C.
Insufficient space around ice
maker.
Ensure enough space for ice
maker.
Too much debris around ice maker. Clear the area around ice maker.
