Troubleshooting

Unsatisfactory refrigeration. Is it in direct sunlight?

Is there a heat source nearby?
Is the surrounding ventilation poor?
Does the door close completely?
Is the door open for long periods of time?
Is the door seal strip deformed or damaged?
Is there too much food congestion?
Does food block the air suction or outlet?
Is the temperature controller set to the correct temperature?

Too much noise.

Is the freezer level?
Does the freezer make contact with the wall or any other objects?
Is there a loose part in the freezer?

Contact Omcan if simple troubleshooting does not solve the problems.

NOTE

The following occurrences are not problems:

•

The murmur of water is heard when the refrigerator is working. It is a normal occurrence as the coolant is

circulating in the system.

•

When the weather is damp, condensation might be found on the outside of the refrigerator. It is caused by

high humidity. Simply use cloth to wipe it off.
