The machine can’t heat and shrink
after connecting the power.
Both ends of the heat shrink
electric wire are not properly
connected.
Connect the wire.
The electric wire is damaged due
to long working times.
Replace the electric wire.
The film doesn’t cut completely.
Protect frame of the cut strip is not
aligned, leading to a rough cut.
Realign the frame.
The cut wire is old and the
temperature is not high enough.
Replace the cut wire.

Operation
• Insert the film by opening the lock. The plate will open freely.
•
Connect the power, turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will turn on. Then rotate the
temperature adjusting knob clockwise to the desired temperature. The yellow heating light will turn on,
showing the heating plate is warming up.
•
Turn on the heat cutting power switch and the cut indicator light will turn on, and begin to heat.
•
Pre-heat the machine for 5 minutes, put the article on the plate, and cover the article from top to bottom.
•
After packing the article, cut it on the heating cutting strip.
• Put the packed article on the plate, to melt the wrap. Process the sample as required and the whole
process is finished.
Note: When the unit is used for the first time, there is a little bit of smoke and smell coming from the
element. This is normal. It is caused by the glue on the element. This glue will burn out after the first
use. After that unit will operate normally without the smoke or smell.
