DISASSEMBLING/ASSEMBLING  PROCEDURE

3-7  Electric pneumatic unit

Connect to the  1st

pressure reducing
unit.

Connect to the

UPUH15U J7.

Connect to the
manifold unit.

Disassembling

1.  Remove the tube and harness from the

electric pneumatic unit.

2. Remove 

the 

screw CCUK4x6SZ (4 pcs.)

which secure the electric pneumatic unit.

Assembling

1.  Secure the electric pneumatic unit with the

screw CCUK4x6SZ (4 pcs.).

2.  Connect the tube to the electric pneumatic

unit.

Connect the tube correctly according to

the piping diagram.

3. Connect 

the 

harness to the UPUH15U J7.

Disassembling

1.  Remove the tube from the manifold unit.

2. 

Remove the harness from the UPUH15U.

3. Remove 

the 

screw CCUK3x6SZ (4 pcs.)

which secure the manifold unit.

Assembling

1. Secure 

the 

manifold 

unit with the screw

CCUK3x6SZ (4 pcs.).

2.  Connect the harness to the UPUH15U JlO.
3.  Connect the tube to the manifold unit.

3-8 Manifold unit

CCUK3x6SZ

Connect to the air feed

mouthpiece.

Connect to the UH15U  flow

rate sensor.

Connect to the

electric
pneumatic unit.

Connect to the
UPUH15U

pressure sensor.

Connect to the
UPUH15U  J10.
