Setup of the
“OUTPUT SETUP”
Menu
This menu is used to set up the output signal of this
instrument.
To display the “OUTPUT SETUP” menu

Press the “MENU” button to initiate the menu
display.

Press “

” or “
V
” to select “SIGNAL SETUP,” and
press the “ENTER” button.

Press “

” or “
B
” to display the “OUTPUT
SETUP” menu (see Figure 5.11).

Setting “DISPLAY”
This item is used to set whether setting values of this
instrument (print quantity, memory page, operation
mode and source/memory) are displayed on the monitor.
“DISPLAY” can also be set by pressing the “DISPLAY”
button on the front panel (see page 38). Changing the
setup of one of these buttons or items affects all other
setups.

Press “ v ” or “ V ” to select “DISPLAY,” and press
the “ENTER” button.

Press “ v ” or “ V ” to select either “OFF” or “ON,”
and press the “ENTER” button.
Setting “RBN REMAIN”
This item is used to set whether the remaining ink ribbon
information is displayed on the monitor.

Press “ v ” or “ V ” to select “RBN REMAIN,” and
press the “ENTER” button.

” to select either “OFF” or “ON,”
and press the “ENTER” button.
Setting “SOURCE”
This item is used to set whether to correct the color tones
in the video signal output from this instrument to the
monitor.

and press the “ENTER” button.
Setting “SD OUTPUT SYNC”
This item is used to select the sync signal for the video
signal output (SDTV video signal) from this instrument
to the monitor.

“EXT&G-ON,” and press the “ENTER” button.
OFF : Setting values are not displayed.

displayed.
ON : Remaining ink ribbon information is
displayed.
THRU : Without correcting the color tones.
EE : With correcting the color tones.
EXT : The sync separation type video signals
EXT&G-ON : The sync-on-green type and sync
separation type video signals
