Connecting to a Serial Port

Connect the foot switch cable to
the serial adapter cable.

Connect the serial adapter cable to
the PC’s serial port.

Foot switch setting

Start the DSS Player and select
“Foot Switch Settings” from the
“Tools” menu.

Select the foot switch connection
method and the function for each
of the three switches.
