PUTTING THE MOBILE PHONE INTO OPERATION

INSERTING SIM CARDS

LUNA

Inserting SIM Cards

Before you can use your mobile phone, you must insert your SIM
card (not included).

Only use SIM cards of the size illustrated (mini SIM). Micro or nano
cards which have already been broken out can cause contact prob-
lems or malfunctions. If you wish to use a micro or nano card for
your mobile phone, you need an adapter.

Your mobile phone is designed for the use of two SIM cards (Dual
SIM). Therefore, the settings for

SIM1

also apply to

SIM2

The emergency call (SOS) function of the phone uses the

SIM1

card

. For this reason, emergency calls are only possible when the

SIM1 card

is inserted.

Before inserting one or more SIM cards into your mobile phone,
please observe the information in Section

Dual SIM Settings on

page 75.
