Emergency Call Function (SOS Key)
Die SOS key
on the rear of the mobile phone is
assigned an emergency call function.
Press and hold the SOS key
for approx. 3 sec. to
trigger an emergency call. An acoustic alarm signal is
sounded and the emergency text is sent to the phone
numbers stored for the purpose. After that, the respec
tive phone numbers stored are dialled in succession in
Handsfree mode.
You can assign up to five phone numbers to the SOS
key
.
CAUTION!
Risk of hearing damage!
The acoustic alarm signals is very loud and can cause hearing damage
if sounded close to the ear. Hold the mobile phone away from your ear
if you press the SOS key.
Switching the emergency call function on/off
Before using the emergency call function, it must be activated.

Switch

2. Select
On
. The emergency call function is activated.
3. Select
Off
. The emergency call function is deactivated.
Selecting a SIM card
You must define which SIM card should be used to initiate calls and send
text messages automatically in an emergency.
Automatic calls and text messages are only received by numbers which
have been stored (refer to "Emergency call numbers").
