Cancelling an item already registered – VOID:
To clear an item which is not the last one entered, i.e. was entered previously in the transaction (the system cannot use
the EC function) but the transaction has not been concluded by pressing the relevant tender media key, press the
VOID
key.
Example:
Registering 3 pieces of PLU 100 (price 100.50 EUR – fixed price), PLU 200, cancelling 2 pieces of
PLU 100

Comment: The financial report indicates the number of times this key has been pressed and the total sum of the
correction. This key can also be used for corrections concerning PAID OUT and RECEIVED ON ACCOUNT
transactions.
Cancelling all the registrations:
To cancel all the transactions making up a registration:
The registration is concluded by pressing a tender media key, e.g. the
CASH TOTAL
key.
Press the
VOID
key,; all the items entered are now cancelled automatically.
The receipt begins with the text
VOID
.
Comment: The financial report indicates the number of times this key has been pressed and the total sum of the
cancellation.
