Locate
Bench Support
and 2
Legs.
Slide
Carriage Bolts
through pre-drilled holes in each piece. Be sure to align Legs
correctly with holes situated on the lower end of the Leg. Place
Reinforcement Bracket
on inward face of Bench Support, slip
Washer
on, and tighten
Nut
with 1/2” Wrench to complete.
Complete 2 sets of Bench Support / Leg Assemblies.

Important:
Before assembling the
legs of your picnic table, take time
to ensure they are properly aligned.
5.
Locate 4
Legs
and line up together. Determine the top end of Legs
by measuring distance from the tip to the nearest pre-drilled hole. This
measurement should be approximately 15 3/4”,
but more importantly
the greater of the two lengths indicates the top of the leg
. Pre-drilled
holes should line up together. Set Legs aside in a stack with the top end
of the Legs orientated the same direction.

Make a note which side is the top for
Step 6.
