Clearing Paper Jams

Replace the stopper and close the rear

output tray.

Replace the exit roller.

Make sure to click the right end of

the roller back in place.

If you fail to

do so, the printer system recognizes it

as the printer cover is open or system

fuser error occurs, and turn on the

Error

light on the control panel.

To resume printing, open the top cover,

and then close it back.

Note:

If the

Paper

and the

Error

lights

do not turn off, there is still jammed
paper inside the printer. Check the input
area and the inside of the printer.
