Maintenance and Cleaning and General Use
1. From time to time, check all the power cables are in good condition and avoid
using them if you see any damage. Be safe!
2. The body of the Robin can be kept clean simply by using a cloth which is slightly
damp, do not use a “wet” cloth. The body is painted so it doesn’t need any wax
polish, just a simple wipe will do. The same applies to the clock lens, a simple wipe
with a damp cloth is suf
fi
cient. Do not use any abrasive cleaning pads or you will
scratch it.
3. Position the Robin out of direct sunlight so that it does not discolour the
fi
nish or the
clock dial or get too hot.
4. Do not let it get wet and keep it in a dry and not in a humid room, such as
bathroom. Dont use it outside.
5. Do not place it near a cooker in the kitchen or anywhere it may become hot.
6. Do not play the Robin at
full volume
for prolonged periods of time, it’s not designed
to be a party speaker and you may damage the electronics.
