6.3. Warranty exclusions during free warranty period
Failure to comply with the product operating procedures and safety precautions
provided in this manual will result in no free-warranty repair and be cautious the
following items more when using the product.

Warranty is excluded when the user uses, changes, or disassembles the product other than its
intended purpose.

Any damage or loss by the user's negligence will be excluded from the warranty.
- Damage caused by main unit disassembly or impact

Any disassembly or repair of personal equipment other than those certified by Olive Health Care
Co., Ltd. is excluded from warranty.

The genuine product supplied by the manufacturer shall be used. If it is used with any alterations or
modifications, free or paid repair service might be provided, and we are not responsible for any
