• Has the OPC drum being exposed to external light?

Set the OPC drum in the OKIPAGE 8p/8w and wait for about 30 minutes.

Is the heat roller of the heat assy dirty?

• Yes

Clean the heat roller.

Is the terminal of the EP unit in correct contact with the contact plate?  (See Figure 6-
4  D  and Figure 6-5  D .)

Contact the terminal correctly.

Replace the EP unit.

• Has this error been recovered?
