for your machine handy. Be sure that you are calling from a
telephone close to your machine so you can describe your
problem accurately and follow up on the suggestions of the
Customer Support Representative right while you are on the
phone. Our Customer Support Representatives are trained on all
current OKI products. They can answer your questions regarding:
• Locations of sales and service dealers
• Installation of your machine
• Usage/normal maintenance of your machine
• Error message interpretation/solutions
• Parts and supplies identification
• Consumer relations

Customer Support Representatives are not
trained to provide assistance with the use of
commercial software packages. Please consult
your software user’s manual for times and
availability of their support.

the years 1999 and 2000, and carries no issue for the September
9, 1999 (9999) programming concern. This product, when used in
combination with products purchased from other manufacturers,

FCC Requirements for End Users
This device has been granted a registration number by the Federal
Communications Commission, under Part 68 rules and regulations
for direct connection to the telephone lines. In order to comply
with these FCC rules, the following instructions must be carefully
read and applicable portions followed completely.
1. This equipment complies with Part 68 of FCC rules adopted by
th ACTA. On the back of the equipment is a label that contains,
among other information, a product identifier in the format
US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this information must be
provided to the telephone company.
2. The following USOC jacks may be used with this equipment:
RJ11C.
3. The REN is used to determine the quantity of devices which
may be connected to the telephone line. Excessive RENs on the
telephone line may result in the devices not ringing in response
to a call. In most, but not all areas, the sum of the RENs
should not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of
devices that may be connected to the line, as determined by
the total RENs, contact the local telephone company. For
products approved after July 23, 2001, the REN for this
product is part of the product identifier that has the format
US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. The digits represented by ## are the
REN without a decimal point (e.g., 03 is a REN of 0.3). For
earlier products, the REN is separately shown on the label.
4. If the equipment, CX2032 MFP, causes harm to the telephone
network, the telephone company will notify you in advance
that temporary discontinuance of service may be required. But
if advance notice isn’t practical, the telephone company will
notify the customer as soon as possible. Also, you will be
advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you
believe it is necessary.
5. The telephone company may make changes in its facilities,
equipment, operations, or procedures that could affect the
operation of the equipment. If this happens, the telephone
company will provide advance notice in order for you to make
the necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.

If the trouble is causing harm to the telephone network,
the telephone company may request that you remove the
equipment from the network until the problem is resolved.
7. This equipment contains no user serviceable parts. Please
contact Oki Data for service.
8. This equipment cannot be used on public coin service provided
by the telephone company. Connection to Party Line Service is
subject to state tariffs. Contact your state Public Utility
Commission, Public Service Commission, or Corporate
Commission for information.
9. If your home has specially wired alarm equipment connected
to the telephone line, ensure the installation of this CX2032
MFP does not disable your alarm equipment. If you have
questions about what will disable alarm equipment, consult
your telephone company or a qualified installer.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 makes it unlawful
for any person to use a computer or other electronic device, to
send any message unless such message clearly contains in a
margin at the top or bottom of each transmitted page or on the
first page of the transmission, the date and time it is sent and an
identification of the business or other entity, or other individual
sending the message, and the telephone number of the sending
