178 • Appendix A - Moving and transporting

Lift the image drum along with the toner cartridge out of the MFP and place it on

a flat table.

Place the drum and cartridge in a black bag plastic bag.

Re-install the image drum along with the toner cartridge back into the MFP.

Close the top cover and press down firmly so that the cover latches closed.

Caution!

The green image drum surface at the base of each cartridge is very

delicate and light sensitive. Do not touch it and do not expose it to

normal room light for more than 5 minutes. Never expose the drum

to direct sunlight or very bright room lighting.
