37 • Getting Started

• For two-sided (duplex) printing on letterhead stationery, load the paper with

the pre-printed side down and the top edge away from the MFP.

• Envelopes should be loaded face up with the top edge to the left and the

short edge into the MFP. Do not select duplex printing on envelopes.

• Load transparencies face up and top edge into the MFP.

Set the correct paper size for the manual tray in the Printer menu.

Loading Paper: Multi Purpose Tray (MB470 MFP

& MB480 MFP)

Open the multi purpose tray (1). Fold out the paper support (a)

Press gently down on the paper platform (2) to ensure it is latched down.
