If the paper was fed from the tray, pull the sheet as
illustrated below:
NOTE:
To avoid damaging the printer, always remove jams in the
direction of the feed path.
• Leading edge of paper has passed through the fuser.
• Leading edge of paper has NOT passed through the
fuser.
